Fixing Flash Install Problems
When you want to view a video on YouTube or a similar network you see the message “Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia’s Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.”  The flash player accesses certain types of video available on the internet.  Some videos require the latest version of the software.

Rarely is there a problem with the JavaScript, so head to the Adobe website and access the latest version of Flash Player.  It is recommended that you uninstall your previous version of Flash Player before you download a new copy.

• Do this from the Control Panel
• Click the Add/Remove programs tab
• Once you have your new version of Flash Player, reboot your PC.

This should fix the problem.
